Okay, 9 of our last 10 with these featured releases. Baylor came through for us with flying colors Saturday. I am heading back out to the west coast and the Pac 12 for sunday. I'm backing the Sun Devils here as they continue their road trip meeting up with the Cal Golden Bears. ASU notched a nice road victory last time out taking down a talented Stanford Cardinals team on their own floor 74-69 Thursday evening. The Bears were throttled by the Arizona Wildcats on their own home court by a resounding sixteen points. The Sun Devils are peaking at the right time as we edge ever closer to the Pac 12 tourney. On sunday they will be gunning for their fifth straight victory. One players I have been paying particular attention to is JUCO transfer Alonzo Verge Jr. Alonzo transferred from playing for the Moberly, Mo Greyhounds Jr College ball club where he was a standout. He is clearly getting his feet on the ground now and put up 19 points in the game the other night. Takes some scoring pressure off of Remy Martin. I think this number is a little light and the Sun Devils are the right side here. Much like West Virginia Saturday I have a tough time trusting the Cal's to score enough over forty long minutes to stay within the number here. I am not over thinking this one. ASU is the correct side more often than not. Take the Sun Devils to stay hot here.
