I think this line is an over reaction to the fact that the Pistons played last night, at home, and the Heat are rested. Naturally that's built in here and why most people will simply take Miami. I just can't. Tyler Herro is questionable with an ankle injury, and of course we hope he doesn't play. I would think he may not with the Heat perhaps thinking they can win here without him, but we will see. More importantly, Justice Winslow IS out and that's 36 minutes of floor time the Heat have to make up for. Miami is a GOOD team, but not a GREAT team, yet. I think they caught some people by surprise, and hence might be over valued a bit for the foreseeable future. Detroit over the last three years is actually above .500 on back to back games. Blake Griffin is back and Rose played last night, neither big minutes but any is good here, and that makes the Piston UNDER valued here. I don't see seven points of separation here is all. The obvious, again, is to fade Detroit after losing last night - I can't do the obvious here.
12:20PM PST: Great, Rose is resting and Griffin isn't playing.......next.
