Panthers +8.5 from 2.5

Cam Newton has been wildly inaccurate so far, and the guess is he doesn't play this week. The line has gone from CAR being a 2.5 favorite to a 2.5 dog, but I actually think the Panthers may be better without him, at least the version of Cam we saw in the first couple of weeks. I can't see Arizona running away from too many teams, particularly given how bad they are defensively (remember Patrick Peterson is still out). Let's take this across 3 and 7 

Packers -1.5 from 7.5

If you have been following me, you know that I am high on the Packers defense. They should shine again against an inept Broncos offense that can't seem to find their footing. I have a hard time seeing the Broncos winning this game outright on the road against a Packer team that has impressed me so far. This also takes us across 7 and 3.
