We have cashed on the Packers in both of their first two games. First at Chicago and then hosting the Vikings last sunday. Huge wins for Green Bay as they knock off their primary divisional rivals back to back including the road win at Soldier Field. Could not script it any better. Now, as they sit at 2-0 suddenly a lot of the talking heads are jerking off to the resurgent Packers. I am optimistic but realistic. The stubborn fact is the Packers came within a gnats ass last sunday of blowing that 21-0 lead and the game to the Vikings. I hate to rain on and Packers fans parades (I'm a Packers fan) but had Kirk Cousins inexplicably thrown a dying quail into the end zone on FIRST down in the red zone there is a very real probability the Packers blow that game. Something that stood out to me was also what happened right after that key turnover. Teams that are serious contenders take the ball in the circumstance and run the ball effectively and kill off the clock securing the win. The situation screamed for the Packers to grind some clock and salt the game away. So what did they do? Came out winging it around. That tells us how much confidence Matt and his staff have in the Packers running game come crunch time. Now they have Denver coming in at 0-2 and clearly desperate for a victory. Denver suffered possibly the cruelest defeat of any club last week to the Bears. That was surreal. I do expect a very energized, angry showing by the Broncos sunday at Lambeau. On the flip side the Packers are sitting pretty at 2-0 with a huge game looming with the short turnaround against the Eagles. I don't think this is an ideal spot for the Packers. Particularly laying these kind of points. I actually see mostly a defensive battle here guys. I do look for Miller and Chubb to have success rushing Rodgers and harassing him all day long. The Packers defense has obviously improved as it's basically the reason they are 2-0. I do expect another strong effort on that front. But when the dust settles at Lambeau mid afternoon sunday I expect a Denver cover. I can see a 20-17 type final. The Packers fans will fill the great Prime Quarter steak house and celebrate a win, but the bettors won't be celebrating a cover. Sorry, had to give a plug to my favorite place to eat when I am up for the games. 

Okay, after the Jags came through Thursday the NFL Triples are 13-2. Obviously liking the success but those past wins have zero to do with this individual game. As I stress to the point of nauseous please play this like any triple. Nothing more OR less. I do try to keep it real. It will be impossible to hit 86% of these triples the entire season long. But I'll sure as hell try, lol. Many very sincere thanks guys and best of luck to  each of us. Enjoy the game.
