There are too many reasons why Alabama wins. First of all, their only home loss in the SEC this season was a month ago, by one, to Texas A & M. Since then they've beaten both Mississippi and Mississippi State at home, two teams that are both head and shoulders better than the Gators. Florida is under .500 in the SEC, and on the road beat Arkansas in a real anomaly game, and of course UGA, who sucks. The thing is, Alabama has played the second toughest SEC schedule, and even on the road took Tennessee and Baylor to the last possession. Teams that give Alabama trouble have been the running teams like Auburn, UT, and LSU - but that's NOT the Gators who are one of the slowest teams in the nation. And, when they score, which is at times tough for them, it's from behind the arc. As fate would have it, Alabama has a top perimeter defense in the Conference, and UF is DFL (dead fn last) in two point shooting in the SEC at 44% - horrid. Alabama gets to the line far more, and looking forward, the Tide will be favored in their next three games and their last three they'll be slight dogs, but the game are winnable. The point is that with a 5-3 finish they're a 20 win team in the SEC and looking at perhaps the Tournament. Florida has to win out to get there, and that's not going to happen. So, Florida to win the NIT and Alabama to win this game by plenty..
