Browns off a BYE week should we well rested and prepared for this one.  Cincy's D has been hemorrhaging yards and points over the last month, and I simply don't see that changing in the short-term.  Without AJ Green this Cincy offense is also extremely limited as there's virtually no playmakers in the pass-game.  I'll back the better team in this one.
