For record keeping this will be graded as a rabid dog release. 

I like the Browns here, a lot. Make no mistake about it, this is an improved football team. The talent is there in my opinion to certainly win some games this season. Just my own opinion but their primary obstacle to overcome is their head coach Hue Jackson. Just not a fan. I see this game as a hard fought trench warfare battle that should come down to the end.. I will gladly take the points with the home dogs here in what will be a very hostile environment for the Steelers. This honestly has nothing to do with the Browns having a strong preseason. Got to remember they were world beaters last preseason and then when things got real they resorted to the same old story, losing. The actual talent margin on these NFL rosters is nowhere near as slanted as some might thing. Little things make a monster difference, fundamentals. The better teams that year in and year out are contenders are teams that know how to win the close games. and not just fight hard and lose the close ones. That has been the case with the Browns now for some time. I know big Ben has owned the Browns over his career and will likely win this game too but I do not trust this Steelers defense. I think the Browns have drafted well and love the Chubb addition and Landry as a wide out. Landy to not a great down field threat but he is a very good possession type receiver. This will not be a popular release and I get it, my top NFL releases very rarely are. But the long term success with them speaks for itself. 

Going to be a long season guys with lots of opportunities. One game at a time here. Please do not over bet any one game guys. That's a recipe for disaster. Not trying to preach, not what I do. Just trying to help. Many sincere thanks and best of luck to all of us. Enjoy the game. 

Sunday Note: When I published this originally we were getting 5.5 and it was readily available. The number has clearly dropped. More often than not when I release a play I will have you guys on the best number if you play it when I post it. This is very important. When I feel the value has been lost to the point it is no longer a valid triple star release I will pull the package. IF I still feel we are good to go I will keep it up. My long term guys know I will not hesitate to pull a package if I feel the value is gone. Have done it countless times over the years. I will not continue to sell a play if I feel it is no longer a strong play for us. I will pull it. I say anything here over a field goal is good to go.
