The final game of the preseason is a slippery slope. I think we have a jewel in the rough here. The Browns are clearly taking these games more seriously than other clubs as they are desperately trying to change the losing culture around Cleveland. Looks like Baker Mayfield will indeed get a lot of snaps here particularly with the situation with Taylor. Matt Patricia comes from the New England Patriots background of not caring whether they win these preseason games or not. I expect a more concerted effort here from the Browns to seal the preseason with a win. I honestly like this game a lot more than any other on the preseason board. I could throw out some trends but frankly what I am finding out there is mostly just drivel. I'm going Triple here for the Browns to have another feel good moment before the regular season kicks off and things start getting taken deadly serious by their opponents. There is absolutely no similarity between these games and the real deal. The uniforms are the same but beyond that, well. 

One final note. Just a personal prediction. One of those you head it here first things. IF Hue Jackson does not right the ship this season in Cleveland after the dumpster fire start he has had there then look for GM John Dorsey to pull the plug. Dorsey holds Kansas City Chiefs special teams coach and assistant head coach Dave Toub in very high regard. Dorsey got to know Toub during his time serving as Chiefs general manager. Toub is also close to Browns DC Gregg Williams who will also be pushing to bring Toub over. If Jackson has a successful season then all is moot. Just saying, if Jackson does not deliver plan A to move forward is already in place.
