I'm playing on PHILADELPHIA (2* VIOLATOR). Velasquez may be 0-2 his last two starts but that could easily be better. Over that 3-game stretch, he's got a 2.20 ERA with 24 K's. Last time out, he allowed a single run through 6 1/3 innings, recording nine K's. While it wasn't enough to avoid a loss in that game, that type of effort is going to result in victory, more often than not. Milwaukee relievers have thrived on the road but Philadelphia relievers have arguably been even better here at home. While the Brewers average 4.1 runs per game on the road, the Phillies average 4.9 here at home. All things considered, this price is more than fair.
