It's not too often you can get Chris Sale taking the ball in the role of dog. Pretty much a value play here guys. Clearly with Cole on the bump for the Astros a case could be made here for either club. The total lying at seven pretty much says it all. Pretty low number for the DH hitting American league. Two studs squaring off here. As is usually the case when you dig into trends you can find some supporting either cause. Some of which I frankly see as useless bullshit, for example how a team has fared on a certain day of the week. Sorry, I just think that is a real reach. I mentioned that to a fellow capper I respect once and he just laughed. It's just filler guys. Bottom line here is we are getting Sale at plus money with a club that has won seven of their last ten games and is residing in the top spot in their division 21 games over the .500 mark. Boston is also a rock solid 19-10 on the season away from the friendly confines of Fenway. Won't be an overwhelmingly popular pick as most rabid dogs aren't. But in the end I think Sale as the dog here with a club that other than last night has been swinging the bats well. Boston is the play for me. Double Star Rabid Dog on the Red Sox to bounce back from that 4-2 loss Thursday night.
Many sincere thanks as always fellas, best of luck to each of us and enjoy the game.
