Situational angle screams out Cleveland. But if memory serves me the same people barking that the Cavaliers will bounce back here are the same folks preaching the same sermon in game 2. No way the Celtics go up 2-0 on King James, blah, blah, blah. Now Cleveland comes back home so the Cav's backers are chirping the same old song. Maybe they are right, it's one game. And yes, the Cavaliers are in a must win situation. But this same Cleveland club has burned bettors SO many times this season I think they could win out the rest of the post season and still have their backers in a hole. I can SO easily see Cleveland prevailing here outright but not clearing the number. Now that would be classic Cavaliers. Boston is playing loose and showing absolutely zero intimidation in this series. Yes, in the post season they have struggled some on the road. But they are also gaining confidence as this thing progresses. I can emphasize enough the coaching edge here with Stevens over Tyronn. Not even close. Only real advantage the Cavaliers have is obviously James. And yes at home I do expect a big game and yes, I do expect him to get treated with kid gloves but the officials. Just a friendly reminder to the Cleveland backers brimming with confidence. The Celtics won 65 games this year to date, the Cavaliers 58. I am not as shocked as many at how they have stepped up in the post season. That is why I took them in both the first two games. John Q Public tuning into the playoffs that does not pay attention in the marathon regular season is perplexed because he is not familiar with the names of Brown, Tatum or Rozier. How is this team with veteran good players but not stars like Horford, Smart and Morris beating this star laden Cleveland team led by the King himself? Excellent coaching, playing BOTH ends of the floor, making the opponent work most the shot clock for decent chances and old school grit. Bottom line is I will take my chances once again with the generous points here. Cleveland might prevail in the end but I do believe Stevens club will make them labor hard.
