The books that have -5 to buy the hook are not available for us in the back end, so I'm using Westgate because I want stuff out early if it's possible. I think this number shows up everywhere as people try to be sharp with Buffalo, and obviously I disagree. Buffalo had their moment in the sun and in my opinion that was somewhat predictable. I think the distractions caught up with Arizona and I said that was a possibility several places. Kentucky isn't going to let Buffalo shoot 60% from inside and 50% from deep, or out-rebound them. Buffalo put Arizona on the line 11 times. Kentucky might live there since ALL they do is score inside. Arizona can get three-point happy - Kentucky won't. Buffalo played five teams in the Top 75 in non-conference play and lost every one of them. Buffalo plays super fast and that also caught Arizona off, it won't catch Kentucky off - it should play right into their hands. Buffalo like to shoot three's - Kentucky has the 4th best perimeter defense in the nation, so aside from the intangibles, it's just not a good matchup for Buffalo. Kentucky's lone loss in a month was at Florida. Gainesville is a tough place to play, but Florida plays a slower style than can get Kentucky out of what they like to do. I look at the Wildcats game at Arkansas, who will run, and see that they hammered the Hogs, and if they bring MOST of that energy this will be the Wildcat's public coming out/scare everyone going forward, party.
My other thoughts:
I want to take Duke - they've been playing good defense. With that in mind I think the under is a better play but will PROBABLY leave that one alone.
Also want to take Alabama because THEY play good defense - but, waiting there, too.
I want to take Kansas and might.

I wish Gonzaga didn't HAMMER Ohio State earlier this season because it's a bad matchup for the Buckeyes I think.
