Dana Altman's Oregon Ducks return home after dropping two very close battles in LA. First to the Trojans and then a rugged, hard fought overtime war with the Bruins in Pauley Pavilion. After making the final four and having to retool it is understandable the Ducks have scuffled some this season. They are currently 17-10 and have their backs to the wall. Each game now takes on even bigger significance. Altman will have his troops ready for the Sun Devils here. I closely watched both the games on the recent trip and they could have so easily came out on top in both. I have a strong feeling that Arizona State is going to feel like they are in the wrong place at the wrong time here Thursday night in Eugene. I know the visitors will have some revenge on their minds but I can't see it here, not with the Ducks back home off two such close losses. The Ducks have the Arizona Wildcats on deck Saturday after this one so it's a monster two game home set. The fact is the Sun Devils have covered the number only once in their last seven road games. That is relevant. State has had some recent success in Eugene and I know the odds makers weighed that in here heavily. I'm not buying it, I am laying the reasonable number with Dana and his Ducks. Big time. I am making Oregon my Pac 12 Triple Game of the Year.
