LAST week the Lions were HOME laying -5 against the Bears.

NOW, they are playing a slightly better team than the Bears (the Bengals*), ON THE ROAD.  Also, the Bengals were just embarrassed with back 2 back horrible games, it is a solid spot for Cincy (who has gotten healthier) to show up big.  

Yet the Lions are STILL laying -5???

NO WAY.  If you wanted to bet the Lions, fine, you should have played Det at home -5 vs. Bears.   NOW, they are -5 ON THE ROAD @ a comparable (if not better) team.

Bengals.   With a good chance to win outright.

* Yes, I am well aware Chicago won big when they went to Cincy. That was 1 game. It does not magically make them the better team than Cincy........
