This game will be very different from last year's opening day game against the Warriors and the Spurs. In that game, Golden State was still trying to know how to use Durant, while San Antonio was already a well oiled machine and took advantage of the Warriors' lack of chemistry. The Spurs' bench crushed that game, but for tonight's game, I expect Golden State to do to Houston what San Antonio did to them in that game.

Now the Warriors are a well oiled machine and they are playing a Houston team that is still trying to adjust to have Chris Paul on the lineup. The Rockets showed in the preseason that they will continue with their ridiculously high number of 3pts attempts with 55, 46, 46 and 53 attempts in their preseason games. This makes Houston a very good match up for the Warriors defense that is built to defend 3pts attempts. Golden State was #1 in the league in 3pts defense last season with just 32.4% allowed and with the Rockets having no Plan B, I expect Golden State to score a double digits win in here.
