Texas Tech has covered 4 of the 5 Big 12 meetings but West Virginia won 48-17 (-2.5) last year on the road. We think Texas Tech is severely overrated here due to blowout wins over Stephen F Austin and Kansas and a misleading 7-point loss vs Oklahoma St a game they should have lost by 3 TD’s. Meanwhile call us very impressed after West Virginia’s performance at TCU last week. We went against West Virgini last week and should have lost outright as the Mountaineers had a 28-16 FD edge but were done in by -2 TO’s. This is Texas Tech’s 3rd road game in 4 weeks and its the longest Big 12 road trip. Take me home country roads!
