Joe Public might look at this game and the number and jump all over Wainright and the Cardinals. Well, Adam and the Cardinals in general are garnering more respect than either truly have earned this season. Looked for a period of time like Wainright was righting the ship after a slow start but lately has been maddeningly inconsistent. Sometimes his command is just off and to add to the problem he even seems a yard short on his number one. The Cardinals absolutely mailed in the game at Philadelphia on thursday, Impossible team to trust right now and frankly just not very good. The odds makers are catching on as they usually do. I think the Pirates are well worth a shot here in the role of small dog. Kind of hard to ignore the fact that Wainright has given up a staggering twenty runs in his last three outings, ouch. Plus for a club that needs to make some hay in the weak central division the stubborn fact is they have only prevailed now in a pitiful one game in their last eleven against divisional opposition. Another ouch. From a fan standpoint I assure you I take zero pleasure in posting any of this. But I call it the way I see it. Until thursday they had been beating up on the Phillies but not so much against any other clubs that can fight back. This Cardinals team has been mis firing all season for the most part. It's one game in june so obviously anything could happen but there is no sane reason to bet money on them here. The value is with the Pirates here. Taillon has been solid on the road. Pretty clear where this is going guys., I say double star Rabid Dog on the Bucs.
Okay, we have cashed six of the last seven rabid dogs. Like I state repeatedly each game is it's own adventure. Don't over bet any one game. That kind of talk just aggravates the hell out of idiot trolls but who really gives a damn, not me. I am just trying to help those of you that are trying to do this stuff the right way.
