BOTTOM LINE: Felix Hernandez is in a bounce-back spot today after allowing four runs in 6 2/3 innings at KC in his last start.  In the last year, the Under is a perfect 5-0 when King Felix starts after allowing more than three runs in his previous start.  Those five games averaged just four runs per contest.  The Under has also cashed in six straight Hernandez starts against the Angels.  LA's Hector Santiago has pitched very well this season, and I see no reason why that shouldn't continue against the light-hitting Mariners today.  In what looks like to me like a 2-1 or 3-2 type of game, my money is on the UNDER.
