1. Program Eligibility.

    The Pregame Rewards Program (the "Program") is available to anyone over the age of 18. It is free to join and there are no Membership fees of any kind. Members can quit at any time without any further obligation.

  2. Earning Points.

    Points earned will vary by product and service purchased. To help Members make informed purchase decisions, Pregame will present information on the Site as to some (but potentially not all) of the Points earning rates across various products and services. Pregame strives to be accurate but will not be held liable for errors in the presentation or information of Points earning rates, and reserves the right to edit or adjust these rates accordingly.

  3. Rate of Points Accrual.

    Points can be redeemed for Rewards which are offered from time to time. The number of points required for a particular reward will be indicated at the time of the Reward offering.Go back to top of page.

  4. Latency for Transaction Reporting.

    Pregame reserves the right to wait up to 90 days to confirm the spending level for any Reward. Pregame always reserves the right to adjust the Points balances of any account based on adjustments to credited purchases. There is no time limit to these changes. The transaction event date will determine the effective date of any Points accruals. Points Balances are not an asset of the Member. Points are the Program's points currency and are only used to track the Member's progress in the pursuit of receiving Rewards milestones and payouts. Points have no cash value and are not transferable.

  5. Program Points Targets.

    Members are required to hit minimum Points thresholds with in order to qualify for Rewards. Annual Points Targets will by adjusted periodically by Pregame. Each Reward has a minimum level requirements of accrued Points balances as well as scheduled Rewards payouts (more details below in Earning Rewards). If the Points balance is insufficient to satisfy the minimum Points balance required for Rewards there is no problem for the Member. There are no penalties for not achieving the minimum Points balance required other than the Rewards will not Activate until such time the minimum Points balance has been achieved. The Points balance continues to accrue with Member until the Member builds the appropriate balance to pass the Rewards minimum.

  6. Reward Disbursements.

    Members may redeem Rewards at any time prior to expiration subject to any limitations applicable to that particular Reward. Each credit is valid for 3 months from the date earned. Member's Rewards account will contain only valid credits collected within the immediately preceding 3 consecutive months. If a credit is not applied toward a Reward within 3 months of the date earned, it will be deleted from your Rewards account balance. Pregame reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member with no credits in the account and who has earned no credits for at least 12 consecutive months. All taxes, fees, and government charges that may be imposed on Rewards are the responsibility of the Member.Go back to top of page.

  7. Rewards Program Deactivation.

    Members can be Deactivated from the Rewards Program due to failing to maintain eligibility under the Program or violating the Program rules. Upon losing Program eligibility the Member forfeits their ability to earn any pending or future Rewards. This will not impact previously disbursed Rewards, unless Pregame learns that the deactivation event occurred prior to the Reward milestone. All Points earned, pending, and in process are forfeited. If Pregame suspects fraud Pregame will close all related accounts and pursue recovery of all disbursed Rewards to those accounts. Pregame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this program at any time, with 30 days' notice.

  8. Voluntary Account Closures.

    Members may request that Pregame close their account. Once an account is closed all progress will be lost and all Points and future Rewards are forfeited. Members who voluntarily terminate can always apply to rejoin and start over in the Program.

  9. Good Standing in the Program.

    All Members must maintain a valid email and physical mailing address and verify this upon request by Pregame. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Points are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise.Go back to top of page.
