The Oregon Ducks are facing the Rhode Island Rams in NCAA Tournament play on Sunday evening. The game is scheduled for a 7:10 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on TBS. The college basketball odds for the game have the Ducks favored by a handful of points to pick up the win.
College Basketball OddsOregon -5.5Total: 140.5 points
Oregon and Rhode Island is going to be one of the better games on Sunday. The Ducks have 30 wins on the season while Rhode Island, as an 11 seed, is looking to march its way into the Sweet 16. If the Rams are able to pull off that impressive feat it will be due to balanced scoring — all five Rhode Island starters were in double figures in the opening game of the tournament, an 84-72 win over Creighton.
The Ducks are playing without Chris Boucher, but they still managed to eclipse 90 points in the win over Iona on Friday. Oregon will need to play some defense in this matchup and needs Jordan Bell to bring the intangible necessary for the Ducks to win.
Dillon Brooks will bring the scoring and Tyler Dorsey can fill it up as well.
Rhode Island needs quality games from its starters and they have to play well on the defense end, in addition to rebounding.
