Kansas is about to embark on a real tough stretch, which makes this game important. The Jayhawks will take on West Virginia, Kentucky and Baylor in consecutive games before taking on Iowa State in a game that will be huge for the Cyclones.
Texas is 7-11 on the season and next to last in the Big 12, just in front of Oklahoma State. The Horns are dead-last in the conference in points per game, offensive efficiency numbers, field goal percentage and 3-point field goal percentage.
Kansas, on the other hand, ranks at least third in each of those categories.
This one has blowout written all over it, but Texas could find a way to grind out a cover as the defense is the one bright spot.
