The Temple Owls are hosting the South Florida Bulls in college football action on Friday night. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. The college football odds for the game have the Bulls favored to pick up the victory on the road.

Not that long ago, South Florida was a mediocre football program. Now the Bulls are beating up on everyone they play, the lone loss on the schedule came against Florida State a couple of weeks ago but now the Bulls are thinking of huge expectations down the stretch.
At 6-1, South Florida could finish the season with double digit wins as they have several winnable games down the stretch. The Bull offense has been impressive all season, the fewest points they scored in a game came in that loss to Florida State with 35. In fact, South Florida’s 44.1 points per game ranks eighth best in the country behind some of the best teams in the land in Louisville, Michigan, Washington, Ohio State, Texas Tech, Alabama and Western Michigan. That’s some pretty impressive company to keep this late in the season and the Bulls are looking to keep the scoring going.
Temple is 4-3, the Owls have been scoring some points this season and this game is huge for them in the conference standings. South Florida leads the American East Division with a 3-0 record, Temple is right behind them at 2-1. The Owls are going to have to play well on both sides of the football in order to pick up a win here. Jahad Thomas has been decent in his return and is coming off a big game against UCF and fellow tailback Ryquell Armstead give them a strong duo coming out of the backfield.
But South Florida appears to be on a mission. Quinton Flowers is good through the air or with his feet and the Bulls have a couple of other strong options coming out of the backfield as well, including Marlon Mack.
