The Green Bay Packers have been installed as a big favorite at home against the Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football. Green Bay looked pretty poor against Dallas on Sunday, not being able to stop the run and the offense was average at best, plus they turned it over four times.

Aaron Rodgers looked a bit rusty, but everyone is due for a bad game once in a while. For the season Rodgers is completing just 60.2 percent of his passes and he’s been sacked nine times. The Packers just don’t look like the team we have grown accustomed to seeing in recent seasons, but that could end this week.

Chicago is not good. The Bears picked up a win over a Detroit team that had dropped two straight and facing a tough battle on the road in Chicago. The Lions turned it over twice in that game, which didn’t help as they lost by a field goal.

That’s Chicago’ only win on the season and they’ve lost two straight since then where they led in the fourth quarter in both games. Brian Hoyer has been throwing for a ton of yards and he still hasn’t thrown an interception this season compared to six touchdowns, but the rest of the Bears just can’t get it done.

Chicago’s defense is poor and Green Bay needs to get back on track here with a solid win at home.
