Dino Babers takes over a Syracuse program that is just 27-35 the last five seasons, including a 4-8 mark last year. The Orange are hoping Babers can bring some of his success from Eastern Illinois and Bowling Green — where Babers led the Falcons to a 10-4 season last year. The Orange are bringing back eight starters on both offense and defense this season, led by sophomore quarterback Eric Dungey.
