NBA Playoff Odds Golden State Warriors at Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder are hosting the Golden State Warriors tonight in the Western Conference Finals. Tonight's game is scheduled for a 9:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on TNT. Currently the NBA Playoff Odds for the game have the Warriors favored by a slim margin to pick up the victory.

Golden State is favored by about a bucket in this one. The defending NBA champions got a huge break when Draymond Green was not suspended despite clearly going where no man should go as the whole world saw him. In any case, the NBA needs the Warriors to be at full strength as the defending champions look to even the series tonight.

This series can go a couple of ways as well, depending on what happens tonight. If Golden State can pick up the win, they will re-gain home court advantage heading back to California tied 2-2. An Oklahoma City win would give the Thunder a 3-1 series lead and allow them to just win one of the remaining three games to make a trip to the NBA finals.

Despite the Warriors being a bit banged up, Steph Curry and Golden State have still played well. While Curry is the MVP and probably the best overall player in the league, Oklahoma City had taken advantage of having two of the three best players on the floor in Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. The duo combined for 63 points in the Game 3 win, they shot the ball well (20-of-34) and led a Thunder charge that stunned Golden State.

The Warriors, though, no that Game 3 shouldn't be looked at as an over-reaction. It's just a single game and if they win tonight, the Warriors are back in a good position. Having Green on the floor will help, obviously, but he has to play better than -43 in the plus/minus category, where he was in Game 3.

Still, Oklahoma City can bring some much needed momentum and swagger into tonight's game.
