The Villanova Wildcats and Kansas Jayhawks will meet up tonight in Elite Eight College Basketballaction. The game is being played inside the KFC Yum! Villanova has increased its scoring output in all three games, but Kansas will have the best defense the Wildcats have seen to date in the tournament.
Kansas ranks inside the Top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency, Villanova is third-best in the country on offense and 11th on defense. For the tournament the Wildcats are surrendering only 64 points per game, Kansas is only giving up just over 67 themselves.
If this came comes down to a battle of the boards, Kansas has the edge. The Jayhawks have also won 17 straight games overall and they can play at any pace the Wildcats want to tonight.
