The Kentucky Wildcats are hosting the Missouri Tigers tonight in SEC College Basketball action. The game is scheduled for a 9:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on the SEC Network. Currently the betting odds for the game have the Wildcats listed as a bigtime favorite to pick up the home win.

Kentucky isn’t having the type of success Big Blue Nation has grown accustomed to in recent years, but the Wildcats are still a strong squad. Currently they sit behind Texas A&M and LSU in the SEC standings, but a win here tonight would draw them even with the Tigers for second place in the conference.

Home games have obviously been a plus for Kentucky this year, they’ve won all 11 games and that should increase to a dozen after the final buzzer tonight.

Missouri is not a good basketball team. The Tigers are next to last in the SEC at 1-5, overall they are just 8-11 and have lost four straight games. They haven’t won a road game to date at 0-5 and it doesn’t look good tonight either.

The Wildcats have dropped all four games to unranked opponents this season, it’s doubtful they need any extra motivation for this one. Jamal Murray and Tyler Ulis will both have excellent games tonight, Kentucky will run wild and Missouri will take another lump.
