The Wisconsin Badgers are playing host to the Indiana Hoosiers in Big Ten College Basketball action tonight. The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the betting odds for the game have the Hoosiers favored by a small amount to pick up the victory on the road.

Indiana leads the Big Ten so far this season with a 7-0 record, they've posted 12 straight wins overall and are certainly exceeding expectations. Tom Crean's team has been very strong all year, they are easily the highest-scoring team in the Big Ten and this squad is actually playing defense. 

With a 3-1 record in road games this season, Indiana is being made the favorite against Wisconsin. The Badgers have come under some shaky play since Bo Ryan retired, Wisconsin is currently in the bottom half of the standings but can certainly pick up a huge win tonight with the Hoosiers in town. Wisconsin is 3-4 in league play and two of those losses came at home to Purdue and Maryland, two of the better teams in the conference.

Indiana is up there as well. The Hoosiers are talented and can definitely score points, Wisconsin will want to play at a much slower pace and keep Indiana from running. The Badgers have won two straight in conference, beating both Michigan State and Penn State. A win here over Indiana would at least match the win over the Spartans on the resume.

If this contest is a higher-scoring one, Indiana has the edge. If Wisconsin can dictate the style of play and keep this in the 60s, they have a very strong shot. Indiana is a very small favorite and has won three of four true road games this season, but Wisconsin is playing better and a few stops in the second half will prove to be the difference.
