Monday Night Football Baltimore Ravens at Cleveland Browns Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Baltimore Ravens will take on the Cleveland Browns tonight on Monday Night Football. The game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the NFL Odds for the game have the Browns favored to pick up the win at home.

Baltimore is dealing with a ton of injuries right now — the most recent coming to quarterback Joe Flacco and running back Justin Forsett. The Ravens must now play the rest of the season with an unproven backfield and journeyman quarterback Matt Schaub.

Cleveland has its own problems this season as well; quarterback Johnny Manziel can't stay out of trouble long enough to keep his job and the team is just 2-8. In fact the last team they beat were the Ravens in Baltimore several weeks back, since then the Browns went into a tailspin that involved five straight defeats.

Mike Pettine needs to show the Brown faithful that he can lead the team in a positive direction. Cleveland has won just two of the last 15 games overall and it doesn't look to be getting better anytime soon. Josh McCown will start tonight's game for the Browns, a team that has been out-scored by almost 100 points to date this year.

Baltimore has covered the number just one time this season, but they have won two of their last three games overall. This has to be one of the worst Monday Night Football slates of all-time, the teams combined five victories has them both fighting for positioning in the NFL Draft.

Between Schaub and McCown is there an answer to who is better? Not likely. This one will probably be ugly, though Baltimore rookie Buck Allen looks like he could be a bright spot. While the youngster does not have a ton of carries yet this season, he will be the feature back moving forward. Against Cleveland the first time out, Allen had eight carries for 58 yards, though 44 of those came on one carry.
