The Auburn Tigers and Arkansas Razorbacks meet up in SEC College Football action on Saturday. The game is scheduled for a 12:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on the SEC Network. Currently the betting odds for the game have the Razorbacks to pick up the victory at home.

Neither Auburn nor Arkansas has had the types of seasons they had hoped for. The Tigers began the year ranked inside the Top 10 nationally but struggled to beat both Louisville and Jacksonville State the opening two games. They then lost consecutive games to LSU and Mississippi State and find themselves in the cellar of the SEC West. Arkansas is there with them; both schools are 1-2 in conference play.

The Hogs should be somewhat rested and ready go to — they haven’t played in a couple of weeks but did play a physical battle with Alabama the last game. It’s also the first time Arkansas is playing at home since a loss to Texas Tech back in September, the Hogs should be feeling well about playing on their own field in front of their own fans.

Neither defense is good in this one. Will Muschamp was brought in to fix Auburn’s defensive woes but it hasn’t worked just yet as they rank dead last in the conference in total defense, allowing better than 426 yards per game to opponents. They’re also giving up nearly 26 points per game, which is second to last in the conference as well.
