The Houston Texans are playing host to the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday Night Football. The game is scheduled for an 8:30 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on CBS and the NFL Network. Currently the NFL Odds for the game have the Texans favored to pick up the victory.

The big news for this game is that Andrew Luck is once again going to miss a Colts game. The Indianapolis quarterback played the opening 52 starts of his career, but will miss a second straight start here tonight with a shoulder injury. 

Because of Luck's inability to play tonight the Texans have become the favorite by better than a field goal. Neither offense is going to look very good tonight, Indy is playing with backup Matt Hasselback and Houston really has no quarterback except a couple of backups in Ryan Mallet and Brian Hoyer. 

Arian Foster is expected to get more touches tonight for Houston. He really wants to rebound from last week, where his season debut was a bit forgettable. Houston will still want to hammer away at the run game, though, looking to control the clock and piece together drives.

Houston's defense should be impactful tonight as well. Hasselback threw for 282 yards last week in his start, but the Colts are -11 in the turnover department this season. Turn it over against Houston and the Texans can run the ball, milk the clock and score points on the ground.

Tough to back either team in this one, both offenses will struggle to score.
