Major League Baseball Cleveland Indians at Los Angeles Angels Start Time, Odds

The Los Angeles Angels welcome in the Cleveland Indians in Major League Baseball action. The game is scheduled for a 10:05 p.m. start time and it will be televised live on MLB.tv and locally in both markets. Currently the odds for the game have the Angels favored to pick up this win at home.

Corey Kluber has been the bearer of bad luck this season, going just 6-11 to date after winning the Cy Young last year in the American League. Kluber's 3.44 ERA is very solid and his 172 strikeouts is tied for fourth best in baseball with Max Scherzer. Kluber also has allowed just 32 walks in 157 innings.

On the road Kluber's gone 2-5 in 11 starts in 78 2/3 innings of work. He is holding opponents to just a .244 average as well. Current Angels own an .364 against him in 55 plate appearances. Nobody owns a home run off of him, Mike Trout and Albert Pujols are hitless in four combined at bats.

The Angels will be sending Garrett Richards to the mound. He's been rock solid this season, going 10-8 with a 3.38 ERA. Richards has made 19 starts this season and at home the right-hander has been very good, sporting a record of 6-2 with a 2.08 ERA in 65 innings. Richards is holding visiting hitters to a .175 average, very solid numbers.

Current Indians are hitting .250 against him in eight at bats.

Richards' numbers are tough to ignore at home. The Angels are also very good when playing at home, but Cleveland is four games over the .500 mark on the road as well. This should be an excellent pitching matchup and the offenses should both struggle against great pitching. The Angels should pick up the win at home.

Movie Oakland Raiders: 2015 NFL Free Picks & Betting Odds

Vegas betting expert Steve Fezzik doesn’t expect the bad situation in Oakland to get much better this season. This AFC West team may have some improvements in terms of personnel, but Jack Del Rio is the latest in a carousel of ever-changing mediocre coaches, and Fezzik doesn’t expect he is the guy to turn this team around. He also thinks people are overstating Derek Carr’s abilities at quarterback, as he may do well in the fourth quarter, but his numbers are padded with garbage time performance.
