The Tampa Bay Lightning welcome in the New York Rangers tonight in Game 3 of the NHL Eastern Conference Finals. The game is scheduled for a 8:00 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on the NBC Sports Network. Currently the betting odds for the game have the Lightning favored to pick up another win in this one.

With Tampa Bay stealing home ice advantage over the Rangers, the Lightning now have a golden opportunity to make the Stanley Cup Finals. Tampa Bay has been getting an amazing post season from Tyler Johnson, who logged a hat trick to lead the Lightning to a 6-2 win in Game 2.

The Lightning were the best team on home ice during the regular season as well, but in the opening round they lost twice to Detroit in Florida. They won two out of three against Montreal on home ice as well in the semifinals. Knowing the Rangers will be pressing to try and find a win in tonight's game, Tampa Bay will be on full alert in this one.

The Rangers need a better game in between the pipes from Henrik Lundqvist. He stopped just 20 of 26 shots and allowed three third period goals to the Lightning in Game 2. 

Ben Bishop was excellent in that second game, stopping 35 of 37 shots from New York. He was very good in the opening game as well, holding the Rangers to just two goals on 30 shots. 

Tonight goal tending will be key, as usual. Lundqvist should play better in this one, but will it be enough for the Rangers to pick up the win? Tampa Bay is very good at home.
