NBA Playoff Betting Odds Chicago Bulls vs Cleveland Cavaliers Game 2 Free Pick

Wednesday night NBA and the Chicago Bulls will take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in game 2 of their best-of-seven series at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland. Free Pick to follow. The game has a start time of 7:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on TNT. Current Vegas betting odds have Cleveland listed as 6 point favorites, while the total is set at 194.

Analysis: The Chicago Bulls moved on to the Semis in the East when they crushed the Bucks in game 6 of that series by 54 points. They have parlayed that momentum, along with the fact that the Cavs were without Kevin Love and JR Smith, into first game upset over Cleveland in Cleveland. The Bulls continue to play well on the road as they are now 26-19 away fro home on the year. The Bulls have gone  6-1 ATS in their last 7 games following a S.U. win and 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings in Cleveland. Chicago has scored 100.2 ppg on 44.4% shooting overall and 37.4% from long range on the road this year. Defensively they have been solid away from home, allowing just 97.2 pg on 42.8% shooting overall and 33.0% shooting from long range.

The Good news for the Cavs is that they swept their opening series with the Celtics, but now they could be i a bit of trouble as they lost game 1 of this series and had to play it without both Kevin Love and JR Smith. Well they will be without both for this next game as well, as the Cavs try to avoid falling into 2-0 hole at home. The Cavs are now 33-11 at home this year. Cleveland has gone 13-6 ATS in their last 19 games following a ATS loss, but just 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games playing on 1 days rest. The Cavaliers have been a good offensive team at home this year, scoring 103.3 ppg on 46.6% shooting overall and 38.3% shooting from long range. Defensively the Cavaliers have been solid at home, where they have allowed just 96.0 ppg on 47% shooting overall and 35.4% shooting from long range.

Pick: I will be looking at the Over in this game. In game 1 it was on pace to go over for much of it until the 4th quarter hit. That game one was on pace to go over even despite the fact the Lebron went to the foul line just 2 times in the game. I expect that to change here. He should drive allot more, which will either get him to the FT line or set up open shots for his mate. The Cavs will score more than 92 here. The Bulls are not a great offensive team, but they do average 100.2 ppg on the road and I expect them to get their fare share of points in this one. This game could also become a foul fest at the end, which should give up plenty of extra points than im not sure we'll even need. I see this one eclipsing 200 points.
