Chicago Bulls vs Milwaukee Bucks NBA Playoffs Game 4 Betting Odds, Free Pick

The NBA playoffs continue on Saturday night and we will see the Chicago Bulls travel to the BMO Harris Bradley Center to take on the Milwaukee Bucks in game 4 of their best-of-seven series. Free Pick to follow. The game has a start time of 5:30 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on NBATv. Current Vegas betting odds have Chicago listed as 4 point favorites, while the total is set at 188.5.

Analysis: The Chicago Bulls played very well late in the year as they won their last 4 games to close out the regular season and they have continued that hot play winning all three games in this series so far. On Thursday night the Bulls trailed by 18 in the 2nd quarter before winning the game in a double OT thriller. The Bulls are now 24-18 on the road this year. The Bulls have gone 7-0 ATS in their last 7 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game and 11-3 ATS in the last 14 meetings in Milwaukee, but just 5-13 ATS in their last 18 Saturday games. Chicago has scored 99.7 ppg on 44.3% shooting overall and 36.0% from long range on the road this year. Defensively they have been solid away from home, allowing just 98.0 pg on 43.1% shooting overall and 33.3% shooting from long range.

The Milwaukee Bucks made it to the playoffs with a 41-41 mark, but really they haven't played well for much of the 2nd half of the year as they have now gone just 10-21 in their last 31 games. The Bucks have played decent at home, where they are 22-19 on the year, but are now just 1-2 at home vs the Bulls this year. Milwaukee has gone 35-16-2 ATS in their last 53 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game, but just 3-12-1 ATS in their last 16 after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game and 1-8 ATS the last 9 in the series overall. The Bucks have scored 97.9 ppg on 44.9% shooting overall and 35.0% from long range at home for the year. Defensively they have been very good at home allowing 96.6 pg on 43.9% shooting overall and 35.3% shooting from long range.

Pick: I will be going with the Under in this game. The Bulls in the second half of their game vs the Bucks really clamped down defensively and that is the norm for this team. The Bucks found it hard to score after they built up their huge lead in the firs half and I look for the Bulls to continue to be strong on that end of the floor. The Bucks tried to uptempo the game, but it really didn't work for them. Yes they scored some points early, but overall that is not their game. They need to get back to grinding it out if they hope to live another day in the playoffs. The Bucks have allowed just 96.6 ppg at home this year, while Chicago has allowed just 87.8 ppg (Regulation) in their last 5 games overall and just 86.7 ppg (Regulation) in the 7 games vs the Bucks this year. Providing no OT this one should be played right around 180 points.
