This is a team rounding into form at the right time and the rest of the West needs to be very scared of this team. The Spurs are now 46-26 on the year and if the playoffs started today they would have a 6th seed. San Antonio has gone 6-1 ATS in their last 7 when their opponent allows 100 points or more in their previous game, but just 5-15 ATS in their last 20 vs. the Southwest Division.The Spurs have been a good offensive team this year, ranking 9th in scoring (102.7 ppg), 5th in shooting, 5th in 3 point shooting and 6th in FT shooting. Pick: Going with the Spurs in this one. San Antonio is beginning to turn it on, while Memphis has been blown out in their last 2 step up games, which were vs Cleveland and Golden State. This is not a team that is playing with confidence right now and I don't see how a trip to San Antonio will help their confidence levels. In three of their last 4 games the Spurs have won by 19 at Atlanta, by 39 at home over Oklahoma City and by 18 at home vs Dallas. This is a team playing with confidence and they should have little trouble winning this one by DD.
