Tonight the Wofford Terriers will do battle with the Arkansas Razorbacks at Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida in the 2nd round of the NCAA Tournament. The game has a start time of 9:50 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on TNT. Current Vegas betting odds have the Razorbacks listed as 7.5 point favorites, while the total is set at 136. 

Analysis: The Wofford Terriers went a solid 28-6 on the year and won the Southern Conference regular season with a 16-2 mark. They followed that up by winning the Conference tournament and are now in the NCAA Tournament for just the 4th time in their history. The Terriers have been an average offensive team this year, ranking 189th in scoring (67.0 ppg), 69th in shooting (45.9%), 56th in 3 point shooting (37.6%) and 187th in FT shooting (68.9%). The defense for this team has been very good this year, ranking 27th in points allowed (59.8 ppg), 108th in defensive FG% (41.7%) and 31st in 3 point defense (30.9%).  

The Arkansas Razorbacks had a very nice season as they come in with a 28-6 record overall that included a 2nd place finish in the SEC with a 13-5 mark. The Hogs also played well in the SEC Tournament, but eventually lost to Kentucky in the Finals. This will be Arkansas' 30th trip to he NCAA tournament, but their first since the 2007-08 season. They have won 1 National Title and have been to 6 Final Fours. Arkansas has been a very good offensive team this year, ranking 16th in scoring (78.0 ppg), 99th in shooting (44.7%), 139th in 3 point shooting (35.0%) and 66th in FT shooting (72.4%). The defense for this team has not been that good as they come in ranked 273rd in points allowed (70.1 ppg), 177th in defensive FG% (43.1%) and 240th in 3 point defense (35.3%).   

Pick:  Going with the Under here. I see the Terriers being able to slow this game down and I feel that the line being at -7.7 for Arkansas favors that, because the only way that the Terriers keep this close is if it is in a low scoring game. The Terriers have been solid on defense this year as they have allowed just 59.8 ppg on the year, while offensively they are not great, averaging just 67 ppg overall and 62.4 ppg away from home. The Hogs have averaged 80+ ppg at home, but on the road they have put up just 72.2 ppg. I see at most 130 points here.
