This will actually be Arizona's first true road game of the year. The UTEP Miners have followed up a 3 game losing streak by winning their last 2 games. They are now 6-3 on the year, which includes a perfect 4-0 mark at home. The Miners are 19-7-1 ATS in their last 27 games vs. a team with a winning % above .600 and 16-7 ATS in their last 23 non-conference games, but just 1-6 ATS in their last 7 home games. Pick: I will look to the under in this one. The Cats play a very tough defensive brand of ball and that are not a true up tempo team. They will work the clock, especially with a lead. The Miners are not a bad defensive squad, as they come in allowing 65.3 ppg overall and 63.8 ppg at home . Arizona has been good on offense, but allot of their scoring has been done at home this year. This will be their first true road game of the year and in their 3 games away from home (neutral site games) they have averaged just 68.3 ppg. This is a big game for both teams and those games tend to be a bit slower pace as the offenses become a bit more deliberate. I can see this one no higher than the mid-120s.
