Pro Football Betting Odds Pittsburgh Steelers vs Cincinnati Bengals Free Pick

Sunday NFL and we will see the Pittsburgh Steelers take on the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium in Cincinnati. The game has a start time of 1:00 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on CBS. Current Vegas odds have the Bengals listed as 3 point favorites, while the total is set at 47.5.

Analysis: The Pittsburgh Steelers come into this game off a bad home loss to the Saints last week. The loss now has the Steelers at 7-5 on the year and 1.5 games behind the Bengals in the AFC North. The Steelers 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 meetings in Cincinnati and 19-7-2 ATS in their last 28 games after allowing more than 30 points in their previous game, but just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games in Week 14. Pittsburgh has been a solid offensive team this year, ranking 3rd in total yards, 4th in passing, 11th in rushing and 8th in scoring (26.7 ppg). The defense for Pittsburgh has not been great, ranking 12th in yards allowed, 16th vs the pass, 10th vs the run and 21st in points allowed (24.8 ppg).

The Cincinnati Bengals come in having won 5 of the last 6 games to take over the lead in the AFC North by a game and a half over the other three teams in the division. Overall the Bengals are 8-3-1, which includes a 4-1-1 mark at home. The Bengals are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 home games and 7-1 ATS in their last 8 games in December, but just 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games in Week 14. The Bengals have been a rather average offensive team, ranking 18th in total offense, 24th in passing, 9th in rushing and 18th in scoring (21.7 ppg). The defense has been decent, ranking 21st in yards allowed, 14th vs the pass, 25th vs the run and 10th in points allowed (20.6 ppg).

Pick: I can see this one as a high scoring game. The Pittsburgh offense has been very solid year this year and they have averaged 33.4 ppg in their last 5 games. The Defense for Pittsburgh has struggled at times and i see that here vs a Cincinnati offense that averages 26.5 ppg at home. Both teams will be able to move the ball in this one in what will be a game played in the 50s.
