NFL Week 13 gets underway as the Philadelphia Eagles will travel to AT&T Stadium to take on the Dallas Cowboys. The game has a start time of 4:30 pm (Eastern) and will be televised on FOX. Current Vegas odds have Dallas listed as 3 point favorites, while the total is set at 55.5.  

Analysis:  The Philadelphia Eagles come in off an easy 43-24 home win over the Tennessee Titans. The win now has the Eagles at 8-3 on the year and it kept them in a first place tie with the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC East. The Eagles are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games in November and 13-4 ATS in their last 17 games in Week 13, but just 3-12-1 ATS in their last 16 games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous game. The Eagles are a strong offense once Again as they come in ranked 4th overall, 4th in passing, 12th in rushing and 3rd in scoring (31.1 ppg). The defense has not been all that good, ranking 26th in yards allowed, 30th vs the pass, 16th vs the run and 21st in points allowed (25.0 ppg). 

The Dallas Cowboys grabbed a big win on Sunday night beating the New York Giants by a 31-28 score. Dallas has been very mediocre at home this year, where they are just 3-3, compared to 5-0 on the road. The Cowboys are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous game and 8-3 ATS the last 11 meetings, but just 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games after scoring more than 30 points in their previous game. Dallas has been a very good offensive team this year, ranking 6th in total yards, 17th in passing, 2nd in rushing and 7th in scoring (26.5 ppg). The defense has been average at best, ranking 16th in yards allowed, 19th vs the pass, 13th vs the run and 14th in points allowed (21.8 ppg).

Pick: Gonna go with the Over in this one. The Eagles offense is clicking right now and we all know how fast they want to play, which will create plenty of scoring chances for them and also slow the clock down. The Eagles will also be taking on a Dallas defense that is showing signs of slowing down, allowing 24.3 ppg in their last 3 games. The Eagles have struggled on defense this year, allowing 25 ppg overall, 30.2 ppg on the road and 32.7 ppg in their last 3 games. The Eagles are 30 th in the league vs the pass and that should create plenty of opportunities for big plays from a Dallas offense that has been very good this year, averaging 26 ppg overall, while scoring 31 or more in 4 of their last 6 games. The Over is 13-3 in the Eagles last 18 week 13 games and 5-1-1 in the Cowboy’s last 7 games vs the NFC. 34-31 sounds about right for this one.
