College Basketball Indiana Hoosiers vs Wisconsin Badgers Start Time, Odds, Free Pick

The Indiana Hoosiers hit the road tonight, taking on the No. 14 Wisconsin Badgers in Big Ten college basketball action. The game is scheduled for a 9 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on ESPN. Currently the odds for the game have Wisconsin favored by double digits in this one.

Indiana was one of the best teams in America last year. This is how college basketball works in today's world as the Hoosiers are now just 15-11 overall and have eight losses in the Big Ten conference. Losing key players is part of the college hoops world now and Tom Crean is dealing with that in full force. One guy that seemingly never has to deal with that is Bo Ryan at Wisconsin. He always has big, strong clubs that don't beat themselves and play the same style of game.

The Badgers are continuing to excel in the Big Ten, even though they really have no chance to win the conference this season with as well as Michigan has played all season. Indiana has gone 12-3 in home games this season, but they've really struggled on the road. They're 2-6 on the road, however, as it's really tough to win away from home in the Big Ten.

Watch out in this game. One of Indiana's Big Ten wins this season came in Bloomingdale over these Badgers. That was the first of five losses in six games for Wisconsin back in January. Frank Kaminsky had 11 points and nine rebounds in the first matchup between these clubs. We're positive he'll have better numbers tonight as he has stepped it up for the Badgers. The junior forward scored 17 against Minnesota, 25 against Michigan and 21 against Iowa in the team's last three games, which were all wins.

Wisconsin has won 11 straight over Indiana at the Kohl Center. Indiana hasn't been able to stretch together consecutive victories since they knocked off Penn State and then-No. 3 Wisconsin in early January. They can accomplish that feat again with a win tonight after they knocked off Northwestern in their last game. We don't see that happening. Wisconsin will dictate the style of play in this one and pound on the Hoosiers.

Free Pick: Wisconsin 71, Indiana 60
