The St. Louis Cardinals, who won the NL Central last season with a 97-65 record, are drawing a -170 price ($170 wins $100) in the bookmaker's opening 2014 NL Central Division Odds, making them a big favorite to top the division standings this year.

The Pittsburgh Pirates, who finally ended their extended playoff drought last season, are a second pick to win the NL Central at +350 odds ($100 wins $350). The Bucs took second place in the division last year, finishing with a 94-68 record, their best mark since 1992.

The Cincinnati Reds are the offshore bookmaker's third choice to win the NL Central with a +400 line. The Reds, who won the division crown in 2012, were in the Central chase late into the 2013 campaign, but a five game losing streak to close out the season knocked them out of championship contention.

The Brewers are the fourth pick at +1200 odds while the lowly Chicago Cubs are expected to finish last at +6000 odds.
