The Minnesota Timberwolves will look to get over the break even point for the first time since November 23rd when it battles the red hot Oklahoma City Thunder at the Chesapeake Energy Arena tonight (8:00pm ET). The odds makers are not in the Timberwolves' camp this evening, though. The latest NBA Odds from Sportsbook.ag have the Thunder listed as a -10 against the spread and -600 money line favorite ($600 wins $100). Tonight's game total is set at 204.5 points.

Minnesota has danced a .500 dance basically since the start of the season, but a winning record has eluded it for the most part. The Timberwolves will have an opportunity to stake claim to some winning territory tonight, though, thanks to last night's 109-99 home win over the Lakers.

Minnesota brought its record to 24-24 when it down Los Angeles at the Target Center and it also secured its sixth win in its last nine games.

The Thunder have not experienced the same up and down, win then lose issues as the Timberwolves. At 39-11 Oklahoma City owns the top record in the Western Conference and, despite a 1-1 mark in its last two games, it is officially the hottest team in the NBA.

The Thunder are 12-2 in their last 14 games and their success has come both at home and on the road. Kevin Durant and company 6-1 in their last seven road outings and they are 7-0 in their last seven home games.

And, of course, Oklahoma City has dominated Minnesota the last several years, producing a 16-3 record opposite the Timberwolves since March of 2009. The Thunder have also won eight straight home games in this series.

Notable Trends: Oklahoma City is 9-1 straight up and 7-3 against the spread in its last 10 games as a home favorite coming off a home win in which it scored 86 or more points.
