Just two teams remain in the 2013 Gold Cup tournament with the United States taking on Panama. The CONCACAF Gold Cup Finals Odds currently have the Americans as heavy favorites to win the match, which will be played at Soldier Field in Chicago. The game is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. EST start time and it will be televised nationally on FOX.

The United States comes into the match as one of the hottest teams in the world. With a win, the Americans would clinch their fifth Gold Cup title. Panama is playing in just their second overall Gold Cup Finals, having finished runner-up in 2005. The United States won that match over Panama, which was played at Giants Stadium. It was an 0-0 tie and headed into penalty kicks, where the United States held a 3-1 advantage for the victory.

Mighty Mexico had won the last two Gold Cup tournaments (beating the USA both times), and three out of the last five. However, Panama ousted them from the tournament in the semifinals.

The Americans are making their fifth consecutive appearance in the finals. USA manager Jurgen Klinsmann was suspended for the match because of an altercation with an official in the semifinals. This isn't the best group of players the Americans can put onto the pitch, but it certainly is good enough to win this game. They are obviously heavily favored by the oddsmakers.
