The NBA Finals conclude tonight with a Game 7 showdown between the Spurs and Heat at the AmericanAirlines Arena (9:00pm ET, ABC) in Miami. Not only will a champion be crowned this evening, an MVP will be named as well. According to the latest 2013 NBA Finals MVP Odds, that player will almost certainly be the Heat’s LeBron James. James is presently favored to win the honor at -250 moneyline odds ($250 wins $100). James, who won the award last season, is averaging 23.3 points (42.8 percent shooting), 10.7 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game for the series. The Spurs Tim Duncan is a second pick to win the MVP award at +450 odds while Tony Parker and Danny Green are +500 and +550 choices, respectively. Duncan is a three-time Finals MVP, winning the award in 1999, 2003, and 2005; Parker won the honor when the Spurs won their last championship in 2007.
