2013 NBA Playoff Picks Heat vs Bulls Game 4

The Miami Heat will attempt to bury the Bulls in a 3-1 hole tonight when the two rivals meet for a second time at the United Center in Chicago. This evening’s Game 4 clash between the Heat and Bulls is scheduled to get underway at 7:00pm ET on TNT. 2013 NBA Playoff Picks are, not surprisingly, favoring the visiting Heat at -7.5 against the spread and -370 on the moneyline ($370 wins $100). Tonight’s game total is set at 187 points.

It seems like something other than a reality that Chicago managed to steal Game 1 in Miami, especially in light of the two most recent games in the best of seven series.

The Heat destroyed the Bulls in Game 2, posting a 115-78 victory after shooting 60 percent from the field and 50 percent from beyond the arc and they recorded another double digit win on Friday in Chicago.

Miami, playing as a 7.5 point road favorite, bounced the Bulls 104-94 at the United Center on Friday to take a 2-1 series lead. The banged up Bulls got nice offensive efforts from several starters, including Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah, but its bench was non-existent. Bulls reserves accounted for a mere eight points in the loss and six of those came from Taj Gibson.

Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng, who have missed the entire series due to injury and illness, could return tonight (both are listed as questionable), potentially giving Chicago a much needed boost; however, their presence is not expected to change the outcome.

Miami has won four of the last six meetings between these two squads by an average of 19.5 points per game and each of its six playoff wins this year have come by an average of 17.7 points per game.

Notable Trends: The Over is 7-1 in Chicago’s last eight games as a home underdog with a game spread between 4 and 7.5 points. The Heat are 9-1 straight up and 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games as a road favorite with a spread between 4 and 7.5 points.

2013 NBA Playoff Picks Heat vs Bulls Game 4:

Miami Heat -7.5 (-110), Over 187 (-110), -370 (Moneyline)

Chicago Bulls +7.5 (-110), Under 187 (-110), +305 (Moneyline)
