Cinderella continues to take the floor in the NCAA Tournament tonight when the 15th seed Florida Gulf Coast Eagles take on the seventh seeded San Diego State Aztecs. The game is scheduled for a 7:10 p.m. start time and it will be televised nationally on TBS. Currently the odds for the game have San Diego State favored by 7 points.
Florida Gulf Coast out-coached, played better and eventually won against Georgetown on Friday night, tabbing the Eagles as this year's Cinderella Story. Tonight they'll take to the floor against a San Diego State team that beat Oklahoma in the opening round and now is going to have most of the country rooting against them at no fault of their own.
The Eagles certainly broke up brackets all over the country by beating the Hoyas, but rest assured that many people will now jump on the bandwagon. And they've got a pretty solid shot. I think that oddsmakers are over-valuing San Diego State in this game here and maybe because the Eagles are on top of the world oddsmakers feel that they won't be able to win this game today or stay close. Yet, history is on the line in this game.

Jamaal Franklin is the real deal for the Aztecs. He has to play well in order for his team to come out on top tonight. He scored 21 points against Oklahoma in the team's win. James Rahon played well against Oklahoma coming off the bench for the Aztecs, giving them another scorer.
The Eagles are going to want to run in transition tonight, because that's how they beat Georgetown. The Aztecs are going to have to get back on defense whether it's off a made basket or not. Florida Gulf Coast is going to want to run on every possession and both Sherwood Brown and Bernard Thompson will love to get up and down the floor tonight.
Cinderella has a great shot and even though they are underdogs today, they're going to hang around. I think they win this game based on their emotions, playing free spirited and San Diego State having to deal with the pressure.
