NFC East champion Washington will welcome the surging Seahawks to FedEX Field tomorrow for what many believe will be the most intriguing contest of the Wild Card round. The much anticipated clash between the Seahawks and Redskins has a scheduled start time of 4:30pm ET; the game will be broadcast live on FOX. The Seahawks are favored to beat the Redskins in the latest NFL Playoffs Odds, coming in as a -3 against the spread favorite and -140 moneyline selection ($140 wins $100). Tomorrow’s game total is set at 46 points.
Washington, which is playing in its first postseason game since 2008, enters the playoffs with a great deal of momentum. The Redskins have won seven straight games and they essentially played in a playoff game on Sunday as the loser of their season finale meeting with the Cowboys was slated for postseason elimination.
Despite Washington’s impressive late season play, they are catching three points against Seattle. The line is not a knock on the Redskins per se, but more a statement about the Seahawks.

Seattle, as most everyone knows, fields one of the league’s stingiest defenses, but what may be lost on some is just how well Russell Wilson and company are playing right now.
The Seahawks topped the 40 point mark three times in their last four games and they are averaging over 35 points per contest since their week 11 bye.
