Atlanta Falcons vs Detroit Lions (odds -3) Start Time 1:00PM: Eventually this bubble had to burst.  After comebacks from 20 pts down and an MNF win vs rival Chicago the Lions succumbed to the upstart Niners.  Their OL did a terrible job allowing 5 sacks and were outrushed 203-66. Nonetheless I look for the bounce from a team that remains on runs of 18-4 ATS as well as 9-1 SU, 8-2 ATS.  Look for QB Stafford to have a huge day against an Atlanta secondary that is allowing 67% completions and 8.0 DYPA.  Free NFL PIck: Until the Atlanta ground game shows the same consistency as they did last week against the poorest Panther defensive front (35/166) it's tough to back them on the road against a quality foe.

Seattle Seahawks at Cleveland Browns (-3) 1:00 PM EST: When last we left the Seahawks, they were returning a tipped pass the length of the field to secure a win against a NY Giant team that was driving for the winning score.  Having 2 weeks to get fat after that victory is a bad omen for a poor traveling Seattle team.  This team is just 3-9 ATS away under current HC Carroll and just 7-16 ATS L8+Y when visiting a team in an Eastern time zone.  Their offensive woes will continue today as well traveled backup Charlie Whitehurst will probably get the nod to replace injured starter QB Jackson.  He'll work behind an OL that has allowed a league high 20 sacks.  Cleveland is just 1-6 ATS home MRT but behind the ever-improving QB McCoy and RB Hillis they can grind out a low scoring victory against a Seattle team that is in a very bad situation.
