Miami Heat (-5, total 179 for game 3); odds of -200 for the series. The Heat have not lost at home this postseason. Udonis Haslem played an unexpected 23 minutes in game 2. Play has been very physical for both teams: "Fortunately, we were able to have some days to recuperate," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "Our guys, they're not shying away from it. Neither team is. Both teams have built these habits for the entire season. We've proven we're an aggressive, attacking, physical defense that rebounds the basketball. ... They've proven to be the same. So you have two things colliding into each other."
Chicago Bulls (odds of +170 for the series). Bulls scored only 29 points in the final 24 minutes of game 2. For the game Chicago made only 3 of 20 3-point attempts, and missed 10 free throws. Bulls forward Carlos Boozer does not have the confidence of coach Tom Thibodeau – who once again went with backup Taj Gibson in the fourth quarter while Boozer sat the bench. Rookie Omer Asik is also playing more at the expense of Joakim Noah, playing nearly 17 minutes.
